Current Exercise Regimen and Update


Ok, so this blog has been pretty lame so far. I have equally lame excuses. Ok, to be honest, I’ve been going through some issues with work so this just hasn’t been at the top of my mind. I have made some progress though.

For the previous couple of weeks, I have been walking at least 30 minutes a day for about 5 days a week. This week, I have been alternating 30 minutes of jogging for 1 day, and then walking + pushups and situps the next day. No fast food at all within the last 3 weeks. No McDonald’s, No Burger King, No TGIFridays. Slow progress, but I will not regress.

    slow progress!? Thats good progress, what are you talking about? Majority of people can not do something active, even if its only 30 minutes per day.

    As for fast food, I list it as one of the things you shouldnt buy on my blog, but I still buy them occasionally, just cuz they’re easy..
