Sunday 8/28 Weigh-In: 210 lbs.


Holy crap. Maybe it’s working. I weighed in this morning at 210 lbs, down from 211 last week. I know they say losing 1-2 lbs. per week is sustainable, so here’s hoping! Gonna go play around at the beach again today for my exercise.

    Hey, keep up the work! It’s tough but not impossible. I think the most important thing for losing weight is that you change what you eat. Cutting down on carbs is important. But nothing will help if you don’t change your attitude. That was the hardest part for me, a natural eater. I love food and cooking and eating. So I had to do something so exercizing would take the place of eating and that worked. Good luck!
