This is NOT an abandoned blog.


Ok. This was not how it was supposed to go. But this blog has gone exactly where my health has - nowhere. I am 213 lbs. today, pretty much the same as in April, the time of my last post. What I have learned so far is that changing people’s habits takes time and effort. It must be done gradually, unless you have a very strong will or sudden life-changing event like a heart attack or something.

I am joining a gym tomorrow. I will post at least 6 times per week from now on, with my exercise for the day, and my food ingested, with approximate calorie count. I am going to set more goals, with gradually increasing difficulty. This is NOT going to be an abandoned blog.
