Jumping Rope
Bought a jump rope today on impulse at Target. I was actually looking at the Yoga mats in order to do some exercises at home, but they were $25 for thin sheet of plastic, and then I saw the jump ropes on clearance for $1.60. I’m going to try and incorporate 10 minutes of jump rope on the days that I don’t go to the gym. Hopefully that will also add some spice to my routine. Did you know there is a Jump Rope Institute, and a United States Amateur Jump Rope Federation?

Today - 1 hr Walking
Yesterday - 30-min walking + 20 minutes jogging
