September 2005 Health Status / Weight Update
It’s the first Sunday of the month, time for my monthly update and fat pictures. Well, I re-started my weight loss journey on August 18th, and have lost 3 lbs. for a current weight of 210 lbs. I’m exercising more regularly and ramping things up slowly, and have been reading numerous other diet and exercise blogs to help keep me motivated. So far so good!
As part of my monthly updates, I will also be taking pictures of my torso for those ever-popular Before & After pictures. I will lovingly be calling them my “fat pictures”. I’ve tried to not suck anything in.Warning: Fat pics ahead…
