Sunday 9/18 Weigh-In
212 lbs. Ugh. I hate not making progress. Do not pass Go, do no collect $200. I am thinking of switching gyms to one that has an indoor pool, I am getting tired of jogging and my arches are starting to hurt. I might have to look into orthotics or some better running shoes. But I don’t like the idea of spending $100 on shoes anymore. My jump rope is still in the original packaging too. Very disappointed right now.

I know how it feels to get discouraged. A few pounds at times can mean extra water weight from eating the wrong things and those are easy to lose. I just bought a new workout series of DVD’s that I was really looking forward to starting and life just threw a curve ball and I haven’t been eating or exercising for the past few days but you just gotta dust yourself off and think … okay that is over, little harm done, lets begin again and DO it. I will if you do
