Sunday 10/23 Weigh-In: 206 lbs.


206! My new low! Considering my exercise regimen currently consists of running from class to student activites to office hours and back to class, that’s not too bad. I still haven’t used my newly purchased gym membership… I guess it didn’t cost enough to make me not want to waste the money? Bah. More midterms this week, so the outlook for gym activity looks bleak.

    U’know some people say it’s a lifestyle that we have to commit to but I think those are the same peeps who ain’t got exams and other commitments…

    I’ve actually seen a couple of ladies and it seems like their whole life is about heading to gym then spa and/or other luxury!

    Well it seems like you and me - we ain’t that lucky but dat’s alright tho coz…
    (Fill in the blanks with any of the reasons from “we’ll get there someday” to “who gives a f**k”)

    But, that said, whatever little we can do to make a progressive step towards a healthy lifestyle must & should be applauded.
