Mrs. Fields Cookies: More Fat Than A Steak
Ok, so nobody is going to confuse a cookie from Mrs. Fields for health food. There’s a reason why it tastes so good.
How much fat do you think is in one Milk Chocolate and Walnut cookie? 5 grams? 10 grams? Turns out it has 17 grams of fat, with 9g of it saturated. That’s 45% of your RDA of saturated fat in one cookie, which is more than that in a 12-ounce sirloin steak. So there you have it: one 2 oz. cookie is worse than a 12 oz. steak.

You have an impressive site. Congratulations on your weight loss! I feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t know how to be a good girl. I find it so hard to always be on guard. Good luck to you.

Hi again, thanks for stopping by my site. Cookie or steak? If I’m on a sweet tangent one is never enough or filling. If I’m hungry I would crave the steak which would be sufficient. Being informed always kicks me in the conscience. By the way I can’t look at goodies without that image sticking in my mind. I just know I will be searching out for cookies somewhere later! I see you have kept off the weight you lost, good job.

Those facts are amazing. My husband will be happy to keep eating those steaks.
