210 lbs. So I’m in the same place as a month ago, but I guess that’s ok for now. I’m going to switch gyms this week as the other one is now offering a Fall sign-up deal and has a pool so I can do lap swim.

Lost some steam today. Ate some nachos, with the fake plasticky cheese. Not the best for ya. Must hit gym hard tomorrow.

Holy crap. Maybe it’s working. I weighed in this morning at 210 lbs, down from 211 last week. I know they say losing 1-2 lbs. per week is sustainable, so here’s hoping! Gonna go play around at the beach again today for my exercise.
